If your application was not accepted, you will receive a notification which will indicate the reason. Please refer to the job description for the required minimum qualifications. If you believe that you demonstrated in your application that you meet the minimum qualifications, please contact Merit System Services. Note: Merit System Services will not accept additional information once your application has been submitted.

Notification: Email vs. Mail
All communication from Merit System Services (MSS) regarding application, test scheduling, test results, etc. will be sent via email only to candidates who apply online or who provide us with an email address on a paper application. Notification/status information will be emailed to at each step in the recruitment process.

Candidates who apply via a paper application and do not supply us with an email address will continue to receive all recruitment notification via United States Postal Service.
