Structured Oral Examination Process
If a structured oral examination is part of the exam process, you will receive an email or phone call to solicit your interest and availability in attending the structured oral exam. If you are interested and available, Merit System Services will send you a notification indicating the date, time, and location. Please pay close attention to the tentative exam dates on the bulletin. Late arrivals and other persons not approved for this specific exam will not be allowed to participate.
